Wau!!!

A few days ago, while preparing a training workshop for a client, I was searching and

searching through the documentation I have to keep incorporating ideas that

help us feel good.

I believe that lately, it has become an obsession for me, how to keep learning and

delving deeper to be at peace, which I think is one of the states closest

to happiness.

From this search, different questions arose, which I share with you here, along with my answers. And they finally led me to

a WOW feeling, which kept me with a slight smile on my face and a super pleasant sense of peace for the rest of the day.

I hope and wish you can experience the same feeling or at least something close to it.

The first question is what do you expect from other people?

It probably depends on who those others are: friends, family, colleagues, not-so-close friends... In any case, and in a generic way, the following answers came to my mind, which I'm sure you can complete.

  • to understand me
  • to respect me
  • to be empathetic
  • to be cooperative
  • to listen to me
  • to do things my way
  • sometimes also: I expect nothing
